A Church, pastor, orphanage, or medical clinic shall submit request in writing to a Key Pastor of the country where he is located. No requests can be made directly of a supporter without approval of the president.

The written request shall contain the following information:

Name

Address

Description of the need, special project, or request.

Detailed information establishing cost, projected budget, and any additional information relating to the request.

The Key Pastor shall review each request submitted. He shall have the authority to deny any request he feels does not meet the mission and objectives of this ministry as defined in this document.

If the Key Pastor approves the request, he is to send the request to the president of this organization at its international headquarters in the United States.

The president shall present the request to the International Board for its review at the earliest convenient time.

If approved by the International Board, the request will be passed on to the supporting church, family, or organization.
